Data we access
After an authorized Google account grants access, Hixing BI reads reporting data from the connected Google Analytics 4 properties and Google Ads accounts. Google Analytics 4 data includes reporting dates, active users, acquisition, content, event, and funnel measures. Google Ads data includes account and campaign structure, advertising spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion values. We also process account or property identifiers needed to associate reports with the correct business location. The exact fields depend on the approved reporting configuration.
Our Google API queries are limited to fields needed for these reports. Hixing BI does not request customer names, contact details, or payment information from these Google integrations for this reporting purpose.
How we use the data
We use Google data only to create internal business and marketing reports for authorized LaserPecker staff, compare results across connected sources, check data quality, and investigate changes in reported results. Hixing BI does not offer campaign editing. We do not use Google API data to target advertising or sell it.
Storage, access, and sharing
Google API data and the reports derived from it are stored in systems operated for LaserPecker, including a database and data archives. Access to the database is protected by access controls. Authorized staff may read only the data permitted by their assigned access rights for internal business purposes. We do not make Google API data or Hixing BI reports publicly available, sell them, or disclose them to outside parties for their own use. Infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf to host and operate these systems.
Retention and deletion
LaserPecker's data management staff administer retention and deletion of Google API data and related reports. We retain this data for as long as needed for internal reporting, data-quality checks, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
